We formed our private real estate funds in 2019 to allow others to participate in private real estate as an alternative investment, capturing opportunities not available in the public markets. MEET PAUL R. HOFFMAN

Paul started his first business, Hoffman Lawn and Garden, at the age of 12. By age 16, he partnered with a family friend who had 30 years of experience in the construction industry to form H&M Landscape and Construction, a full-service residential construction company. Transitioning into real estate, he owned 175 residential rental units by the time he graduated from college.

Today, Paul is President of Hoffman United and exclusive manager of Blue Group Properties, LLC, an alternative investment company he founded in 2019. Paul has been involved in all phases of Hoffman United’s development. Paul oversees more than 300 residential units along with over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial and light industrial space which includes acquisition, leasing, day to day management, and disposition. Paul holds a BS in Accounting from Penn State University.
